The Hampshire Business Awards 2012

The Hampshire Business Awards is the premier annual business competition in the region, providing a showcase for the exceptional strength, flair and innovation of businesses from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The Awards offer the opportunity to celebrate the continuing success of local businesses in the region, and the judges will be keen to learn of the creativity, determination and success demonstrated by local businesses.

Underlining just how significant they have become, this year’s Awards are once again being held in association with the Confederation of British Industry (CBI). The CBI joins the Awards’ four sponsors – business advisers KPMG, The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and, for the first time, the University of Southampton and Oxford law firm Blake Lapthorn – in supporting the competition.

This year’s four categories are:

• Blake Lapthorn Sustainability Award

• KPMG Company of the Year

• Royal Bank of Scotland Management Team of the Year

• University of Southampton Technical Innovation Award

Businesses can enter as many of the award categories as they wish. The 2012 winners will join an illustrious list of previously successful entrants, including last year’s winners: Advanced Resource Managers - winner of RBS Management Team of the Year Award; R&M Electrical Group - winner of KPMG Company of the Year; and Bowman Power Group - winner of the Technology and Innovation Award.
